1 Definitions

• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or any other restriction that would prohibit you from accessing gambling services.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of dwg228 or any of its affiliated companies or software providers.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person. Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one active account on dwg228. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses — is a material breach of these Terms. dwg228 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void all pending and settled wagers upon discovery of duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact email address, and any other information requested. You must update your details promptly if they change. dwg228 accepts no liability for losses arising from incorrect contact information provided by a Member.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. dwg228 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). dwg228 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Indonesian KTP or passport), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and/or withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed.

3.5 Account Dormancy. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. dwg228 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 50.000 against the remaining balance of dormant accounts, subject to applicable law. Members will be notified by email before any such fee is applied.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. dwg228 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following verified payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must originate from a payment account registered in the Member's own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via verified bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to the Member's account within seconds to 10 minutes. dwg228 does not charge deposit fees. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, Members should contact customer support with proof of transfer before initiating a reversal through their bank or e-wallet provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Members are processed within an average of under 3 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours, depending on the payment method and the outcome of any applicable security checks. dwg228 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Members must ensure their withdrawal account details are accurate; dwg228 is not liable for funds transferred to an incorrect account provided by the Member.

4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Before a withdrawal request can be approved, the Member's account must have completed KYC verification. Additionally, any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fulfilled prior to the withdrawal of winnings derived from those bonus funds. Real-money deposits that have not been subject to bonus terms may be withdrawn at any time without wagering requirements.

4.5 Fraud Prevention. dwg228 employs automated and manual fraud-detection systems. Any account found to be engaging in suspicious deposit or withdrawal patterns — including but not limited to structuring transactions, using multiple payment methods to obscure fund origin, or coordinating with other accounts — will be suspended pending investigation. dwg228 may report suspicious activity to relevant financial authorities where legally required to do so.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility. Promotional offers and bonuses published on dwg228 are available to eligible Members only. Specific eligibility criteria — including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, and time limits — are detailed in the individual promotion's terms, which form part of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; unused bonus funds and associated pending winnings are forfeited upon expiry.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. dwg228 takes bonus integrity seriously. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived winnings:

• Claiming the same promotion multiple times using different accounts or payment methods.
• Placing opposing bets (hedging) across two or more accounts to guarantee a profit from bonus funds.
• Wagering on games or markets that are excluded from wagering requirement contribution calculations.
• Any form of coordinated or systematic exploitation of a promotion's structure.

5.4 Maximum Bonus Withdrawal. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap. The specific cap applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's terms. dwg228 reserves the right to impose a maximum cap at any time if a promotion's terms are found to be ambiguous on this point.

5.5 Modification of Promotions. dwg228 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing wagering commitments already entered into by Members in good faith shall be honoured.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on dwg228 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. dwg228 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where system errors have resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, where a bet exceeds the applicable stake limit, or where suspicious betting patterns are detected.

6.2 Stake Limits. Maximum and minimum stake limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be adjusted by dwg228 at any time. Limits may vary by Member account tier, event type, and market liquidity.

6.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: an event is cancelled or abandoned without the required minimum play; an event result is overturned after initial settlement; an obvious pricing error occurred at the time the bet was accepted; or a technical failure prevented accurate recording of the bet.

6.4 Results and Settlement. Markets are settled based on official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football matches, the BRI Liga 1 official standings for domestic Indonesian football, or the relevant gaming studio RNG output for casino games). In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, dwg228's decision — after review of available evidence — shall be final.

6.5 Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all legs to be settled as winners for the full accumulator to be paid. Any void leg within a mix parlay reduces the number of legs in that accumulator; the bet is not automatically voided unless all legs become void.

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the dwg228 Platform — including but not limited to the dwg228 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data feeds, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of dwg228 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of dwg228.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dwg228 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9.2 dwg228 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to: your use of or inability to use the Platform; any interruption or cessation of Platform availability; unauthorized access to or alteration of your account data; or any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content.

9.3 In no event shall dwg228's aggregate liability to any Member exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their dwg228 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude dwg228's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10 Privacy

dwg228 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on dwg228, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your personal data will never be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and fraud prevention partners solely for the purpose of operating and securing the Platform.

11 Termination

11.1 Termination by Member. You may close your dwg228 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus funds and any pending wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

11.2 Termination by dwg228. dwg228 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms; evidence of fraud, collusion, or match-fixing; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; sustained technical exploitation of Platform errors; or any other conduct that dwg228 determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other Members.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure for any reason, all bonus funds are immediately forfeited. dwg228 will return any verified real-money balance to the Member via the last-used verified payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completion of any pending fraud or compliance review.

12 Governing Law

dwg228 operates as an internationally licensed offshore gaming platform. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dwg228 is incorporated and licensed. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause limits dwg228's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court for the protection of its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm. Members based in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling occupies a complex legal position in their jurisdiction and confirm that they are accessing dwg228 on a personal, voluntary basis with full awareness of applicable local laws.

13 Amendments

dwg228 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, dwg228 will provide reasonable notice to active Members via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 11.1.
